3. Install the cylinder on the valve. (The direction of the device is parallel to the valve body or straight.) If you look at the screw hole, it will not have too much error. If there is a slight error, you can rotate the cylinder block a little. Then tighten the screws.

After the device is completed, the pneumatic butterfly valve is debugged (normally, the air supply pressure is 0.4~0.6MPa), and the solenoid valve must be manually opened and closed during commissioning operation (manual operation can be effective after the solenoid valve coil is de-energized) Investigate the opening and closing of the pneumatic butterfly valve. If during the commissioning process, it is found that the valve is a little laborious at the beginning of the opening and closing process, and then normal, the cylinder stroke needs to be adjusted down (the two stroke adjustment screws of the cylinder are adjusted at the same time, and the valve needs to be moved to the open position when adjusting. Then turn off the air supply and adjust it until the valve opening and closing action is smooth and closed without leakage. It should also be noted that the adjustable silencer can adjust the opening and closing speed of the valve, but it can not be adjusted too small, otherwise it may cause the valve to not operate.

7. The butterfly valve body has a moderate manual opening and closing resistance, and the butterfly valve torque is matched with the selected actuator torque.
8. The flange standard for the butterfly valve connection is correct, and the pipe clamp flange conforms to the butterfly valve flange standard. It is recommended to use the flange of the butterfly valve, and the flat welding flange should not be used.
9. Admit that the flange welding is correct. After the butterfly valve device is finished, the flange should not be welded again to avoid scalding the rubber parts.
10. The installed pipe flange should be centered and centered with the inserted butterfly valve.
11. Install all the flange bolts and tighten them by hand. It will recognize that the butterfly valve and the flange are already aligned, and then carefully open and close the butterfly valve to ensure that the opening and closing is sensitive.
12. Open the valve completely and tighten the bolts in the diagonal order with a wrench. No need for washers. Do not tighten the bolts too much to prevent serious deformation of the valve ring and excessive opening and closing torque.
